What is public

This website includes the bundled cookbook and the author’s 685 recipe-related ChatGPT entries and cooking notes. Those included notes are publicly readable once this site is published. It does not contain the author’s complete ChatGPT account export or unrelated conversations.

What you save

Recipes you add, your ratings and your edits are saved in your browser. SavorShelf has no automatic account sync. Exporting or sharing creates a copy wherever you choose to send it. Other people with access to your device or browser profile may be able to see your saves.

AI and external services

Opening an AI provider or source website takes you to that service. Information you choose to submit there is handled by its policies. SavorShelf does not automatically send your saved library to an AI service.

Hosting and offline storage

The site includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Your hosting provider still receives ordinary web requests. The cookbook uses browser storage and a service worker for saved settings and offline files. Clearing site data removes those local files and can remove saved recipes; export a backup first.
